WHO WE ARE

At Rhino Connect, we are a passionate collective of individuals united by a common goal: the preservation and flourishing of wildlife. Established in 2016 as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), our Veterinary Program stands as a testament to our dedication to veterinary care, medicine, and wildlife conservation. Our program offers an invaluable platform for veterinary students to immerse themselves in real-world wildlife conservation and animal welfare. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where local and international participants can share knowledge and expertise, thereby safeguarding the future of endangered species through sustainable practices.

Our work extends beyond education and training, offered in partnership with South African Wildlife Conservation Non-Profits, leading Wildlife Veterinarians, Protectors, and Specialist Institutions in Wildlife Research and Education. We are deeply involved in various conservation projects, focusing primarily on the protection and care of white and black rhino populations housed in conservancies, farms, protection zones, and orphanages.

At the heart of Rhino Connect is our commitment to bridging connections worldwide with those who tirelessly combat the war on our wildlife. We believe in making a meaningful impact by connecting people and fostering a shared responsibility towards our planet’s magnificent wildlife.
